Natures Way BBQ pellets are specifically formulated to enhance the performance of your pellet grill. A compact, hassle-free size results in a consistent feed, improving temperature accuracy for professional cooking results. These pellets are also more cost-effective than propane, burning at a rate of only 2 lbs per hour on high heat, 1 lb per hour on medium heat and only 1/2 lb per hour when smoking. A 20 lb bag will give you 10 hours of heat on high versus 8. 8 hours of heat with a 20 lb propane tank. These grilling pellets feature a distinct oak flavor for a mild, wood-fire accent that makes them ideal for pork, ham, wild game and more!

Shipping and Delivery

BBQ Brothers, LLC offers free shipping on qualifying purchases to most locations in the contiguous United States. Our free freight shipping does not include Hawaii, Alaska, or Canada. We do not offer international shipping. Orders of exclusively accessories (as denoted by the site category “Accessories”) under $199.99 have a flat shipping rate of $14.99. Orders of this type in excess of $199.99 qualify for FREE shipping. All other orders under $499.99 have a flat shipping rate of $39.99. Orders of this type in excess of $499.99 qualify for FREE shipping. Certain items will not qualify for free shipping, regardless of their price, if they are ordered on their own with no other products. Said items will be clearly marked on our website. Generally, Standard Ground Shipping takes between 5-7 business days to arrive, after the order has been placed and payment is secured. If the customer opts for the shipping company to leave the merchandise without a signature, BBQ Brothers, LLC cannot be held responsible for missing items or damages that may occur during delivery.

Deliveries to hard to reach or remote areas (as determined by BBQ Brothers, LLC and/or the delivery service), e.g. the Florida Keys, New York City, etc., may incur an additional shipping fee. One of our customer service associates will contact you if there are any additional charges prior to your order being shipped. You will also be notified if we are unable to ship specific items to the address you've selected. Reasons for this may include but are not limited to remote locations, dirt or gravel roads, and narrow or winding roads. We cannot deliver to vacant establishments. It is the responsibility of the customer to inform us of any problems with this type of delivery at the time of purchase. BBQ Brothers, LLC cannot be held responsible for shipping fees on items not delivered due to the shipping company's inability to deliver to a particular location. The customer is responsible for shipping both ways if the item(s) are not deliverable and returned.

All freight shipments must be confirmed before delivery. The freight company will contact you prior the driver's arrival to schedule the delivery. For this reason, please be sure to include a contact phone number or numbers when placing your order. Missing your scheduled delivery could result in an additional fee for the re-delivery.

All freight shipments, unless specifically noted, are curbside delivery. The driver and truck must have reasonable access to the end of your driveway. All orders shipped via a freight carrier will require a signature at the time of delivery. An adult must be present at the time of delivery. If your order includes free freight shipping, the driver will take the item off the truck for you via lift gate, however, it is your responsibility to move the item(s) from that point.

Once the driver has unloaded the item(s) from the truck you are responsible for inspecting the exterior packaging. Please be sure to note any visible damages to the box, crate or item on the driver's Proof of Delivery (POD) form. We also recommend taking photos of any damaged packaging and or items. If you sign for the delivery without noting any visible damage on the POD form, the shipping company is released from any responsibility for the damage. BBQ Brothers, LLC reserves the right to choose which shipping or freight company delivers your purchase. Please note that once your order is handed over to the delivery company, we cannot change the shipping address, nor can we control the delivery date or time.

We will keep you informed if any item(s) you ordered are on backorder or are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipping. You may cancel your order at any time prior to the item(s) being shipped.

Warranty

This Limited Warranty covers Memphis Grill products manufactured by Hearthland Products, LLC. Products carry a five (5) year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase by the original owner against defects in material and workmanship. Electronic and electrical components carry a two (2) year replacement warranty when subjected to normal residential use. Limited Warranty does not apply to burn pot, burn grate, meat probe, grill cover gaskets or damage caused by corrosion.

Conditions of Limited Warranty
During the term of the Limited Warranty, Hearthland Products LLC’s (HP) obligation shall be limited of replacement of covered, failed components, F.O.B. point of shipment. HP will repair or replace parts returned to HP, freight prepaid, if the part(s) are found by HP to be defective upon examination. HP shall not be liable for transportation charges, labor costs, or export duties. Except as provided in this CONDITIONS OF LIMITED WARRANTY, repair or replacement of parts in the manner and for the period of time stipulated hereunder shall constitute the fulfillment of all direct and derivate liabilities and obligations from HP to you.

The Warranty coverage begins on the original date of purchase as stated on the sales receipt. Warranty Registration and proof of original date of purchase is required to validate the Limited Warranty.

Repair or replacement of the HP component does not extend the Limited Warranty.

Pouring hot liquids on or in your HP product will void this warranty. Any modifications including holes, screws, and any other sheet metal changes to the product will void this warranty.

HP takes every precaution to utilize materials that retard rust. Even with these safeguards, the material can be compromised by various substances and conditions beyond HP control. High temperatures, excessive humidity, chlorine, industrial fumes, fertilizers, lawn pesticides and salt are some of the substances that can affect metals and metal coatings. For these reasons, the Limited Warranty DOES NOT COVER RUST OR OXIDATION, unless there is a loss of structural integrity on the grill component. Should any of the above occur, refer to your Owner’s Manual maintenance section for finish protection. HP recommends that you purchase a HP full-length protective cover for your grill when not in use.

The Limited Warranty is based on residential use. Warranty coverage does not apply to products used in commercial applications.

Exceptions to the Limited Warranty
There is no written or implied performance warranty on HP Products as the manufacturer has no control over the installation, operations, cleaning, maintenance or the type of fuel burned.

This Limited Warranty will not apply if your product has not been installed, operated, cleaned and maintained in strict accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. Burning anything other than Premium Grade BBQ wood pellets may void the Warranty. The Warranty does not cover damage or breakage due to misuse, improper handling or modifications.

NEITHER THE MANUFACTURER, NOR THE SUPPLIERS TO THE PURCHASER, ACCEPTS RESPONSIBILITY, LEGAL OR OTHERWISE, FOR THE INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE TO THE PROPERTY OR PERSONS RESULTING FROM THE USE OF THIS PRODUCT. ANY WARRANTY IMPLIED BY LAW, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIM‐ ITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANT‐ABILITY OR FITNESS, SHALL BE LIMITED TO ONE (1) YEAR FROM THE DATE OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE. WHETHER A CLAIM IS MADE AGAINST THE MANUFACTURER BASED ON THE BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY OR ANY OTHER TYPE OF WARRANTY EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED BY LAW, MANUFACTURER SHALL IN NO EVENT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL OR OTHER DAMAGES OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER IN EXCESS OF THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE OF THIS PRODUCT. ALL WARRANTIES BY MANUFACTURER ARE SET FORTH HEREIN AND NO CLAIM SHALL BE MADE AGAINST MANUFACTURER ON ANY ORAL WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or limitations of implied warranties, so the limitations or exclusions set forth in this Limited Warranty may not apply to you. This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights, which vary from state to state.

The Limited Warranty for five (5) years is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied, at law or other‐ wise, and HP does not authorize any person or representative to assume for HP any obligation or liability in connection with the sale of this product. This means that no warranties, either expressed or implied are ex‐ tended to persons who purchase the product from anyone other than HP or an authorized HP Dealer or Distributor.

Return Policy

BBQ Brothers, LLC offers a 100% Customer Satisfaction. You may return any item within 30 days from the receipt of shipment for a full refund of the purchase price (less actual shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee). If a return is due to our error, we will gladly cover all shipping costs.

The items must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be in new condition and not installed or used in any manner
  • The item cannot be scratched, dented or discolored in any way
  • The item must be returned in the original packaging with the original receipt and packing slip
  • The packaging cannot be damaged
  • Personalized or special ordered items as well as discounted or sale items are not returnable

On any return, the customer is responsible for the shipping both ways.

If an item is shipped and returned because it is not deliverable due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for shipping both ways.

If an item is damaged upon arrival, or if we send the wrong item, we will pay for the return shipping and make sure that you receive the correct item at no extra cost to you.
