Shipping and Delivery

BBQ Brothers, LLC offers free shipping on qualifying purchases to most locations in the contiguous United States. Our free freight shipping does not include Hawaii, Alaska, or Canada. We do not offer international shipping. Orders of exclusively accessories (as denoted by the site category “Accessories”) under $199.99 have a flat shipping rate of $14.99. Orders of this type in excess of $199.99 qualify for FREE shipping. All other orders under $499.99 have a flat shipping rate of $39.99. Orders of this type in excess of $499.99 qualify for FREE shipping. Certain items will not qualify for free shipping, regardless of their price, if they are ordered on their own with no other products. Said items will be clearly marked on our website. Generally, Standard Ground Shipping takes between 5-7 business days to arrive, after the order has been placed and payment is secured. If the customer opts for the shipping company to leave the merchandise without a signature, BBQ Brothers, LLC cannot be held responsible for missing items or damages that may occur during delivery.

Deliveries to hard to reach or remote areas (as determined by BBQ Brothers, LLC and/or the delivery service), e.g. the Florida Keys, New York City, etc., may incur an additional shipping fee. One of our customer service associates will contact you if there are any additional charges prior to your order being shipped. You will also be notified if we are unable to ship specific items to the address you've selected. Reasons for this may include but are not limited to remote locations, dirt or gravel roads, and narrow or winding roads. We cannot deliver to vacant establishments. It is the responsibility of the customer to inform us of any problems with this type of delivery at the time of purchase. BBQ Brothers, LLC cannot be held responsible for shipping fees on items not delivered due to the shipping company's inability to deliver to a particular location. The customer is responsible for shipping both ways if the item(s) are not deliverable and returned.

All freight shipments must be confirmed before delivery. The freight company will contact you prior the driver's arrival to schedule the delivery. For this reason, please be sure to include a contact phone number or numbers when placing your order. Missing your scheduled delivery could result in an additional fee for the re-delivery.

All freight shipments, unless specifically noted, are curbside delivery. The driver and truck must have reasonable access to the end of your driveway. All orders shipped via a freight carrier will require a signature at the time of delivery. An adult must be present at the time of delivery. If your order includes free freight shipping, the driver will take the item off the truck for you via lift gate, however, it is your responsibility to move the item(s) from that point.

Once the driver has unloaded the item(s) from the truck you are responsible for inspecting the exterior packaging. Please be sure to note any visible damages to the box, crate or item on the driver's Proof of Delivery (POD) form. We also recommend taking photos of any damaged packaging and or items. If you sign for the delivery without noting any visible damage on the POD form, the shipping company is released from any responsibility for the damage. BBQ Brothers, LLC reserves the right to choose which shipping or freight company delivers your purchase. Please note that once your order is handed over to the delivery company, we cannot change the shipping address, nor can we control the delivery date or time.

We will keep you informed if any item(s) you ordered are on backorder or are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipping. You may cancel your order at any time prior to the item(s) being shipped.

Warranty

I. Limited Lifetime Warranty

The stainless steel body housings, the solid brass grill burners and the ProSear burners* are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship when subjected to normal domestic use and service for the lifetime of the original purchaser. This warranty excludes surface corrosion, scratches, and discoloration which may occur during regular use. This warranty is limited to the replacement of the defective parts. *Does not include the rotisserie infra-red burner.

II. Limited Five-Year Warranty

The structural integrity of the interior grill parts, exterior, and drip pans are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship, when subjected to normal domestic use and service, for a period of five years from the date of purchase. This warranty is limited to the replacement of the defective parts.

III. Limited One-Year Warranty

All other grill components are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the original date of purchase. Lynx will replace or repair parts found to be defective at no cost to the original purchaser.

IV. Service & Replacement Parts

Call (888) 289-5969 to report service problems or to obtain replacement components or parts for your Lynx grill. Replacement parts are shipped F.O.B. Lynx Professional Grills, Commerce, California 90040.

Before calling for service, please make sure you have the following information:

  1. Model number
  2. Date of purchase
  3. Proof of purchase by the original owner
  4. Serial number.

(Note: The serial number can be found on the product ID plate, which is located behind the front control panel. It can be viewed by removing the smoker tray and looking slightly to the left. With newer models, the serial number can also be found on the bottom of the drip pan.)

V. Limitations & Exclusions
  1. Lynx’s warranty applies only to the original purchaser and may not be transferred.
  2. Lynx’s warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied and all other obligations or liabilities related to the sale or use of its grill products.
  3. Lynx’s warranty shall not apply and Lynx is not responsible for damage resulting from misuse, abuse, alteration of or tampering with the appliance, accident, hostile environment, flare-up fires, improper installation, or installation not in accordance with the instructions contained in the User Manual, or the local codes.
  4. Lynx shall not be liable for incidental, consequential, special or contingent damages resulting from its breach of this written warranty or any implied warranty.
  5. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusions of or limitations on consequential damages. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights which vary from state to state.
  6. No one has the authority to add to or vary Lynx’s warranty, or to create for Lynx any other obligation or liability in connection with the sale or use of its products.
VI. What is not covered

Lynx shall not be responsible for and shall not pay for the following:

  1. Installation or start-up.
  2. Service by an unauthorized service provider.
  3. Damage or repair due to service by an unauthorized service provider or use of unauthorized parts.
  4. Improper installation.
  5. Damage caused by accidents, abuse, alteration, misuse, incorrect installation or installation not in accordance with the instructions contained in the User Manual, or local codes.
  6. Units installed in non-residential applications such as day-care centers, bed and breakfast centers, churches, nursing homes, restaurants, hotels, schools, etc.
  7. To correct normal adjustments or settings, due to improper installation, commissioning or local gas supply properties.
  8. Shipping and handling costs, export duties, or installation cost.
  9. The cost of a service call to diagnose trouble.
  10. Removal or re-installation cost.

Return Policy

BBQ Brothers, LLC offers a 100% Customer Satisfaction. You may return any item within 30 days from the receipt of shipment for a full refund of the purchase price (less actual shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee). If a return is due to our error, we will gladly cover all shipping costs.

The items must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be in new condition and not installed or used in any manner
  • The item cannot be scratched, dented or discolored in any way
  • The item must be returned in the original packaging with the original receipt and packing slip
  • The packaging cannot be damaged
  • Personalized or special ordered items as well as discounted or sale items are not returnable

On any return, the customer is responsible for the shipping both ways.

If an item is shipped and returned because it is not deliverable due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for shipping both ways.

If an item is damaged upon arrival, or if we send the wrong item, we will pay for the return shipping and make sure that you receive the correct item at no extra cost to you.
