Shipping and Delivery

BBQ Brothers, LLC offers free shipping on qualifying purchases to most locations in the contiguous United States. Our free freight shipping does not include Hawaii, Alaska, or Canada. We do not offer international shipping. Orders of exclusively accessories (as denoted by the site category “Accessories”) under $199.99 have a flat shipping rate of $14.99. Orders of this type in excess of $199.99 qualify for FREE shipping. All other orders under $499.99 have a flat shipping rate of $39.99. Orders of this type in excess of $499.99 qualify for FREE shipping. Certain items will not qualify for free shipping, regardless of their price, if they are ordered on their own with no other products. Said items will be clearly marked on our website. Generally, Standard Ground Shipping takes between 5-7 business days to arrive, after the order has been placed and payment is secured. If the customer opts for the shipping company to leave the merchandise without a signature, BBQ Brothers, LLC cannot be held responsible for missing items or damages that may occur during delivery.

Deliveries to hard to reach or remote areas (as determined by BBQ Brothers, LLC and/or the delivery service), e.g. the Florida Keys, New York City, etc., may incur an additional shipping fee. One of our customer service associates will contact you if there are any additional charges prior to your order being shipped. You will also be notified if we are unable to ship specific items to the address you've selected. Reasons for this may include but are not limited to remote locations, dirt or gravel roads, and narrow or winding roads. We cannot deliver to vacant establishments. It is the responsibility of the customer to inform us of any problems with this type of delivery at the time of purchase. BBQ Brothers, LLC cannot be held responsible for shipping fees on items not delivered due to the shipping company's inability to deliver to a particular location. The customer is responsible for shipping both ways if the item(s) are not deliverable and returned.

All freight shipments must be confirmed before delivery. The freight company will contact you prior the driver's arrival to schedule the delivery. For this reason, please be sure to include a contact phone number or numbers when placing your order. Missing your scheduled delivery could result in an additional fee for the re-delivery.

All freight shipments, unless specifically noted, are curbside delivery. The driver and truck must have reasonable access to the end of your driveway. All orders shipped via a freight carrier will require a signature at the time of delivery. An adult must be present at the time of delivery. If your order includes free freight shipping, the driver will take the item off the truck for you via lift gate, however, it is your responsibility to move the item(s) from that point.

Once the driver has unloaded the item(s) from the truck you are responsible for inspecting the exterior packaging. Please be sure to note any visible damages to the box, crate or item on the driver's Proof of Delivery (POD) form. We also recommend taking photos of any damaged packaging and or items. If you sign for the delivery without noting any visible damage on the POD form, the shipping company is released from any responsibility for the damage. BBQ Brothers, LLC reserves the right to choose which shipping or freight company delivers your purchase. Please note that once your order is handed over to the delivery company, we cannot change the shipping address, nor can we control the delivery date or time.

We will keep you informed if any item(s) you ordered are on backorder or are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipping. You may cancel your order at any time prior to the item(s) being shipped.

COYOTE OUTDOOR LIVING PRODUCTS LIMITED WARRANTY

Coyote Outdoor warrants to the original purchaser at the original site of delivery with proof of purchase of each Outdoor Gas grill/Side burner that when subject to normal residential use, it is free from defects in workmanship and materials for the periods specified below. This warranty excludes grills used in rental and commercial applications. This warranty excludes surface corrosion, scratches and discoloration which may occur during normal use. Itdoes NOTcover labor or labor related charges. There will be shipping and handling charge for the delivery of the warranty part(s).

Our obligation under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement, at our option, of the product during the warranty period.  The extent of any liability of Coyote under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement.  This warranty does not cover normal wear of parts, damage resulting from any of the following:  negligent use or misuse of the product, use on improper fuel/gas supply, use contrary to operating instructions, or alteration by any person other than a factory service center.  The warranty period is not extended by such repair or replacement.

WARRANTY CLAIM PROCEDURE:  If you require service or parts for your Coyote Grill, please contact our Warranty Service Center for factory direct assistance.  Our hours of operation are 8 am to 4 pm CST.  The phone number is 855.520.1559 and the Fax number is 214.520.1450.  You may also fill out warranty claims online at www.coyoteoutdoor.com.  Please have your model number, serial number and proof of purchase available for any warranty claim.

Coyote Outdoor may require the return of defective parts for examination before issuing replacement parts. If you are required to return defective parts, shipping charges must be prepaid by the customer.  Upon examination and to Coyote Outdoor’s determination, if the original part is proven defective, Coyote Outdoor, may approve your claim and elect to replace such parts without charge. In any instance, customer is responsible for shipping and handling of the replacement parts.   Product repair as provided under this warranty is your exclusive remedy.  Coyote Outdoor shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages for breach of any express or implied warranty on its products.

This warranty does not cover any failures of operating difficulties or operating difficulties due to accidents, abuse, misuse, alteration, misapplication, vandalism, improper installation, maintenance or service, damages caused by flashback fire or grease fires, as set out in the Owner’s Manual. This warranty does not cover scratches, dents, corrosion or discoloration caused by weather, heat, abrasive and chemical cleaners, pool or spa chemicals, and/or any tools used in the assembly or installation of this unit. This warranty does not cover paint loss, surface rust, corrosion or stainless steel discoloration which is considered normal wear and tear. This warranty does not cover the cost of any inconvenience, personal injury, or property damage due to improper use or product failure. Deterioration or damage due to severe weather conditions such as hail, hurricanes, earthquakes, tsunamis, tornadoes, terrorism, discoloration due to exposure to chemicals either directly or in the atmosphere, Acts of God/forces of Nature are not covered by this limited warranty.

Return Policy

BBQ Brothers, LLC offers a 100% Customer Satisfaction. You may return any item within 30 days from the receipt of shipment for a full refund of the purchase price (less actual shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee). If a return is due to our error, we will gladly cover all shipping costs.

The items must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be in new condition and not installed or used in any manner
  • The item cannot be scratched, dented or discolored in any way
  • The item must be returned in the original packaging with the original receipt and packing slip
  • The packaging cannot be damaged
  • Personalized or special ordered items as well as discounted or sale items are not returnable

On any return, the customer is responsible for the shipping both ways.

If an item is shipped and returned because it is not deliverable due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for shipping both ways.

If an item is damaged upon arrival, or if we send the wrong item, we will pay for the return shipping and make sure that you receive the correct item at no extra cost to you.
